We are working with the Charleston Area
Community Development Corporation (a non-profit corporation) to help them build
as many affordable homes as the area needs and solve the affordable home
problem in this area once and for all. These homes will sell for LESS than
conventional frame homes and will last for hundreds if not thousands of
years. Your donation will help the Charleston Area Community Development
Corporation secure building lots, enlarge its staff and help us solve the
affordable housing problem in this area. We also intend to build several
handicapped accessible homes which will be given to disabled Veterans at no
cost.
To raise the needed funds, we are going to raffle a brand new custom built home with a value up to $500,000. Should you be the winner, this home will be built according to plans you approve on property you own or buy. If you live in one of the few states we are not yet certified in (our bricks are certified in 34 states), a cash prize of $500,000. will be awarded to you.
